NorthStar Web Development is a web development company. We build and deliver fully functioning, professionally designed websites and, on the Signature package, complete brand systems. We are not a marketing or SEO agency.
All NorthStar websites are built with full SEO compatibility and ADA compliance. However, we do not guarantee any specific search engine rankings, visibility, or results. SEO compatibility means your site is structured and optimized to be ready for SEO services should you choose to pursue them. The technical groundwork is done for you.
We do not guarantee any increase in bookings, calls, leads, or customers as a result of your new website. Results depend on a variety of factors outside of our control, including but not limited to marketing efforts, industry competition, and geographic location.
Our packages are Starter ($800 one-time for the website build, then $15 a month for hosting, security, and support) and Signature ($1,800 one-time, which covers the website plus a full brand kit, then the same $15 a month). Your monthly rate is locked in for the life of your service. No surprise increases, ever. Future pricing is subject to change for new clients, and this website will be updated accordingly as to not mislead.
Existing clients will never be charged more than the agreed-upon rate at the time of their website’s completion. Pricing for custom work outside the standard package scope is confirmed in writing before any such work begins.
